If you are interested in enrolling your child at Class 1 Child Care, Inc.

a Keystone STARS 4, Early Learning Center:

Please make an appointment with Jodie or Keesha at 610-539-2259; use the "Pay Registration Fee" button above; print and complete the appropriate forms; Then you can either email the papers to Class1cc@aol.com or  bring all paperwork along to the appointment.

All new enrolling families must complete

*  Agreement Form

*  Emergency Contact Form

*  Enrollment Agreement
*  CACFP Meal Benefit Form

*  CACFP Enrollment Form (Infant or Child or Multiple Children)

*  Child Health Report (Physician must sign and date, 

form is due within sixty (60) days of enrollment date.)
